The secret for a good wine:
excellent grapes, taking care of them in every detail of their path to become a wine.  
To succeed in this mission, I spend the whole days in the cave, during autumn and winter time.

Wine-making.
Steel tanks equipped with temperature control to provide the best conditions for the fermentation of each individual type of grapes and for the initial aging of the wine.

Aging Room.
In French oak barriques and large casks (1.500l capacity) to improve bouquet, body and aftertaste.
This is the oldest wine cellar, under the hill, characterized by an optimal microclimate for aging and maturation of the best Barbera d’Asti and Cabernet.
